Demonstrable experience developing production systems in Go, Python, Java or C#.
Experience building APIs, microservices and backend services.
Strong understanding of software design principles, architecture and engineering best practices.
Experience with automated testing (TDD, BDD, unit and integration testing).
Cloud experience in AWS or Azure.
Exposure to Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and operational support.

Collaborates well across cyber, data engineering, and platform teams to get outcomes delivered.
Takes responsibility for quality, security, and operability-build it, run it, improve it.
