Move On Team Leader

Move On Team Leader Team Leader: Lead and drive the work of the new team, maintaining a relentless focus on performance and ensuring that opportunities are converted into successful and sustainable moves. Move On Team Leader Tower Hamlets is establishing a new, dedicated team to significantly increase the number of homeless households moving out of temporary accommodation and into secure, sustainable homes. This is a high-profile, time-limited programme that sits at the heart of our response to one of the biggest challenges facing housing services in London, improving outcomes for homeless households while reducing our reliance on costly temporary accommodation. Move On Team Leader We are recruiting experienced housing professionals across a range of roles, including Move-On Officers, Lead Professional/Assessment Officers, Tenancy Set-Up and Resettlement Officers, Accommodation Procurement Officers and a Team Leader. Working as an integrated team, you will take a proactive and individually tailored approach to households living in temporary accommodation, identifying and overcoming the barriers to move-on and making full use of opportunities in the private rented sector. These are delivery-focused roles, taking households from assessment and identification of the right housing solution through to a successful move and, where required, support to establish and sustain their new tenancy. Move On Team Leader We are looking for experienced practitioners and managers who can make an immediate impact. You will bring sound professional judgement, strong housing knowledge and the confidence to take ownership, negotiate effectively and work across organisational boundaries to get results. In return, this is an opportunity to be part of a focused programme with the freedom and backing to make things happen, where your success will be measured in helping more households to leave temporary accommodation for a sustainable home.
