What We're Looking For Proven experience delivering business transformation, operating model or continuous improvement initiatives. Strong background in process analysis, process optimisation and business change. Ability to challenge stakeholders constructively and influence senior decision-makers. Experience working autonomously with minimal direction. Strong workshop facilitation, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
