Business Analyst - Supply Chain

Senior Business Analyst - Supply Chain Transformation Shape the future of a critical operational supply chain We're looking for experienced Business Analysts to join a large-scale operational transformation programme that is fundamentally redesigning how a complex engineering and supply chain function operates. This is an opportunity to play a key role in the transition from a traditional supplier-led operating model to a modern, multi-supplier operating environment, helping define future-state processes, capabilities, controls and ways of working across business, technology and supplier teams. The Opportunity You'll work as part of a highly visible transformation programme, partnering with senior stakeholders, operational teams, suppliers and technology experts to deliver sustainable business change. The role combines traditional business analysis disciplines with broader operational transformation responsibilities, requiring someone equally comfortable facilitating workshops, mapping processes, defining requirements and supporting implementation readiness. This is not a documentation-heavy BA role. We're looking for individuals who can challenge thinking, drive consensus and help shape a future operating model in a fast-moving environment.
